Thought of the Day: Today we enjoyed some delicious home-made yogurt and yogurt-tofu that Sweewawa and I made. It was yummy! The flavoring was papaya + honey + really good green tea. The delicacies you make yourself just taste so much better. I aim to make 2009 filled with more creative artistic and culinary experiments such as this one. During a recent workout I busted out some old Van Halen -- reminded me of listening to these tunes with my old buds Hart and Colten. The Eddie Van Halen solo tune listed above still makes me very happy . . . and the energy expressed within the musical bars is what we should all take into the new year. Cheers, Dr. Kowawa
