Thought of the Day: Had a great workout today, again following Mr. Jefferson's two hour suggestion. Did a total of 10 miles at Echo Lake, the majority of which was jogging. Now I feel pretty good. The pic above is Sweewawa's latest brush painting, which I think is really beautiful. I really like the sense of space and distance.
